I bought tickets on cincyticket.com after comparing prices on a few other sites, the price was fair. I was ready to be irritated by some last-second fee surprise, but the fees showed up before checkout, which I did appreciate. I still think the service fee could be lower, but at least they were upfront about it. So yeah, not perfect, but overall it was a good experience

I canceled my order, but I still haven’t received the refund yet. I understand these things can take a little time, but the process has been a bit confusing and I wish there was clearer communication.
